Who we are

What we collect

One page on this site has a form: the permit design enquiry. If you use it, we receive your name, your company, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the project type and volume you select, and whatever you type in the message box. Nothing else, and nothing is collected in the background about who you are.

That form sends straight to our own mailbox on our own server. It does not pass through any third-party form service.

Every other page is simply a page. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever that conversation contains — and any drawings or site details you choose to send us — for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry.

What we do with it

We reply to you, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the enquiry so we can pick the conversation back up. That is all. We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.

To stop automated submissions, the form briefly notes the time of the last submission from your connection. That record contains no personal information and is discarded automatically.

Other companies involved

Two services touch this website, and you should know about them:

• Google Analytics counts visits, as described below.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google can see your IP address when a page loads.

Visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we know what is useful and what is not. It tells us things like how many people looked at a page, roughly which country they were in and whether they used a phone or a computer. We shorten visitor IP addresses so they cannot be traced back to an individual. It does not tell us who you are, and we make no attempt to identify you from it.

If you would rather not be counted, most browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Advertising

We advertise our permit design service on Google. If you arrive from one of those adverts, Google may record that the visit led to an enquiry, so we know which adverts are worth paying for. That measurement tells us numbers, not who you are.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. The cookies you may pick up come from Google Analytics and, if you arrived from one of our adverts, from Google’s advertising measurement.

If you send us project files

Drawings, site surveys and customer details you send us for a project are treated as confidential. They are seen only by the people working on your job, they are never used as samples or published without your written permission, and we will delete them on request. We are glad to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Project records are kept for as long as we may need them to support work we have delivered. Ask us to delete anything and we will.

Your rights

Write to info@azrarenewable.com and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. This applies wherever you are; India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 governs how we handle personal data.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
